Why can't girls dunk? Seeking serious opinions only.

I'm not trying to be funny but ,Why is that a 6'2 boy can dunk yet a 6'2" girl cannot.There are 6'6" college girls who can't dunk. Seeking serious opinions only.

It takes more than height to dunk a basketball.There are obvious anatomic differences between men and women that come into play. Muscles in men allow them to create more explosive power needed for a dunk. Muscles in women are more geared to increase endurance.
