Often times players, especially on Long Island, seem to get swept under the rug due to their size not matching their position. Guys like Ryan Creighton and George Beamon, who are clearly talented, get overlooked college-wise because they play like threes but look like ones in a game where size matters sometimes more than talent.

Who do you think is at fault, if anyboby; the player, their coach or the Island itself?

In Ryan's case I would have to take issue with the coaches who have coached him for the last 5 years on varsity. When coaches read 6'3 foward they are not going give any attention to the kid. They should have had him playing the 2 or 1 position as soon as Ryan hit the ninth -10th grade.
I have seen Beamon enough to really give an opinion.
Good luck to both of them
