Reclassing is a joke

Hamadou Diallo and Hameir Wright used reclassing as a way to move back and forth between classes depending on what suited them best. Wright was 2017 then reclassed to 2018 only to unreclass back to 2017 to commit to and play for Washington next season. As far as I'm concerned he was always 2017. Reclassing is a joke. Anybody with me?

Hamidou didn't play one game this year and was not offered in the 2016 class... w/ Malik Monk and Fox.
The reclass allowed him to be recruited to U.K. In 2017

In the real world there are no do overs. If only we all could dial back to that one point in time and get another shot. How is reclassifying fair to a player in his right class? Isn't it a given if a player is older he naturally will be better? So isn't reclassifying essentially a cheat system?
