Class A up to Class AA

The PSAL has moved a few teams up from Class A to double A. It seems like teams like John Bowne and W.H.E.E.L.S., who've moved up, might just have a chance in Class AA but why didn't they move other teams up like Curtis. What are your thoughts?

Curtis is AA they lost to Jefferson in the psal quarters last year

Yes, Curtis has always been in the AA

Curtis did lose to Jefferson in the PSAL quarters but they are still as Staten Island Class A team.
