The fifth annual Cancer Research Classic (CRC) will be held on January 6-7, 2012, at Wheeling Jesuit University’s Alma Grace McDonough Center in Wheeling, WV. The CRC is one of the premier national high school tournaments in the country. This year’s event was named one of the top 3 shootouts in the country by MaxPreps. ESPN will broadcast the Saturday evening games. The schedule is as follows:

1:00 p.m. - Paul VI (Fairfax, VA) vs. Gill St. Bernard’s (Gladstone, NJ)
2:30 p.m. - St. Joseph’s Prep (Philadelphia, PA) vs. Wheeling Park (Wheeling, WV)
4:00 p.m. - Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA) vs. St. Raymond (Bronx, NY)
5:30 p.m. - Neumann-Goretti (Philadelphia, PA) vs. DeMatha (Hyattsville, MD)
8:00 p.m. - Simeon (Chicago, IL) vs. Miller Grove (Lithonia, GA) - ESPN-2
10:00 p.m. - Gonzaga (Washington, DC) vs. Whitney Young (Chicago, IL) - ESPN-U
The admission fee is $4.00 for a student and $7.00 for an adult.
