One of the dumbest things that have taken place in recent years is the PSAL seeding meeting with the coaches in attendance. Why? Because coaches spend weeks architecturing a mock bracket where they avoid who they don't want to play, coming up with reasons and formulas where they should be higher seeds than other teams, and come up with non league schedule opponents that beat teams we never see and then the PSAL does what the hell they want to anyway LOL! Kudos to them for eliminating that waste of a Sunday morning in L.I.C.
Now, the good thing is, whatever new formula they have, maybe the borough supervisors balanced it out, less autocratic decisions and more emphasis on overall records, Seeds 1, 2, 3, and 4 are in the Semis. Good games, all competitive and this is forcasted to be one of the best semis in years.
