1-Island Garden Pre-Season Fall League. This is a 4 or 8 game league that runs from September 15 until the start of school practices. All games will be played at the Island Garden. Price is $500 for 4 games or $950 for 8 games (includes ref fees). Flexible scheduling that will accommodate teams traveling from the five boroughs. Divisions for boys and girls from 3rd grade through 12th grade.

2- Lightning AAU tryouts will be held as follows:
Friday, Sept. 9
3rd (9U) and 4th Grade (10U) - 6:00 PM
5th (11U) and 6th Grade (12U) - 7:15 PM
7th(13U) and 8th Grade (14U) - 8:30 PM
Saturday Sept.10
9th Grade (15U) - 7:00 PM
10th (16U) and 11th Grade (17U) - 8:15 PM.
The fee to tryout will be $25.00. Each player will receive a reversible jersey.
No player will be turned away from making a team if they attend this tryout. If not selected for a Lightning team, we will offer a spot on an FE Hoops team which is our development and feeder program. These FE teams will play a full schedule in both the Fall Pre-Season and Winter Super League.
This will be your only opportunity to tryout for Lightning until January, 2017.
Lightning Basketball is the largest and one of the most successful AAU programs in the entire country.
3- The Lightning Fall Basketball Tournament will take place on September 24 and 25. There will be divisions for 9U through 17U. All teams are invited to participate. Fee is $400 for a guaranteed 3 games. Playoff round will also be part of the package for teams that win their pool. Individual awards to all champions.
