Biddies - 12 & under cannot turn 13 in 2015. $350 plus $30 per game ref fee
Midgets – 14 & under cannot turn 15 in 2015. $375 plus $40 per game ref fee
Returning High School – 17 & under cannot turn 18 before June 30, 2015. $425 plus $50 per game ref fee
